How does the FREE plan work?

This plan provides members of Golden Carers with a Free Professional Activity Management system. It is valid with an active Golden Carers Membership when emails on both platforms match.

What are my payment options?

We're happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Diners for credit/debit card payments. Annual memberships can be paid via a credit/debit card, PayPal, or an invoice. Monthly plans can only be paid with a credit/debit card.

Is Toolkit an online web application?

Yes, Toolkit is designed and intended to be used online, which means you can receive new features and improvements as they are released, and benefit from the security and backups provided.

Do you have a mobile app?

Toolkit is an online web application optimised for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. You can use the system anytime you're connected to the internet.

What are "Groups"?

Groups let you separate clients and activities. For instance, you could create a High Care group and a Low Care group so that client and activity data is separated when generating reports.

What staff permissions are available?

Staff can have access to all groups in your system, or just a specific group. Additionally, staff can be given the role of "Attendance Only", which means they cannot access your clients or their data directly.

Do you track staff actions?

A simple audit log is maintained so that you can see which staff actioned which client record, on what date and what action was performed.

What happens when I reach my usage limits?

If you're still within your trial period, change plans yourself, otherwise, contact us and we will help you upgrade (or downgrade) as needed.
